222 Broadway is a state-of-the-art office tower directly adjacent to the World Trade Center transportation hub and City Hall Park.

LL&L Holdings enlisted Metaform+ to create a series of renderings and 3D illustrations that captured the essence of the work space and incorporated the nature and greenery outside the doors of 222 Broadway.

Metaform+ led all of the interior design and creative direction of the office renderings. The team contextualized the spaces with lush greenery and feature ceiling installations, while strategic camera angles captured the dynamic work and amenity spaces. Detailed elevation stacks and marketing floorplans were drawn to support the leasing efforts, with the pieces illustrating available tenant spaces and expansive square footage. To add depth to the brand, Metaform+ created a custom illustration of the building and its surroundings, squarely placing 222 Broadway amidst a vibrant Downtown Manhattan.
