We are currently looking for a Junior Architect Project Manager who will be coordinating architectural services for our global accounts.  Supervised by the Area Director, this person is going to work within a collaborative team, assisting the Sr. Architect Project Manager.

Project Management:

• Coordinate render and animation processes, from checking the files received by the client, to coordinating with suppliers.
• Coordinate all post-production processes of images
• Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time.
• Assist Sr. Architect Project Manager

Operational:

• Create and manage presentations for the development of interior design and decoration.
• Selection of reference images for the development of moodboards to communicate the styling for a project
• Coordinate the redrawing of plans from AutoCAD to Illustrator.
• Three-dimensional modeling applicable to interior design scenes.
• Develop a database with materials for 3D scenes with trends, furniture, textures, ambient lighting, luminaires, vegetation, examples of interior and exterior renderings.

Requirements:

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Graduated in Architecture and / or Interior Design.
• Good working knowledge of architecture programs: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhinoceros or 3dMax.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills respecting deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Be collaborative and effective working in team groups.

Desired Skills:

• Interior design for renders: layouts, furniture selection, references and assembly of presentations.
• Design of sketches and illustrations.
