80 Pine Street is a full-block tower in Manhattan’s revitalized Seaport District, offering expansive East River, New York Harbor, and skyline views.

Metaform+ teamed up with the prestigious Rudin family and architecture firm Fogarty Finger to develop materials that reflect the building’s innovative offerings, showcase its location in the prestigious Seaport district, and pay homage to the building’s warm, mid-century aesthetic.

To showcase the breadth of the new amenities and design of 80 Pine, the visualization team at Metaform+ developed a comprehensive collection of illustrations, renderings, axonometrics, and animations. 3D neighborhood and transportation maps were animated to show ease of access and points of interest, while cross section axonometrics illustrated the building’s superior connectivity and amenities. A suite of renderings were carefully crafted, including two aerial terrace renderings with lush landscaping and a stunning Brooklyn Bridge view.
